The basic first-aid kit supplied to contestants in The Last Player, stocked with bandages, gauze, disinfectant, splints, and limited medication.

The contestant medical kits were the only treatment supplies available inside The Last Player. No doctors, nurses, or emergency staff entered the game spaces. When someone was cut, burned, dislocated, or badly injured, the remaining contestants had to open one of these plain white cases and do whatever they could with the limited materials inside.
The earliest kit contained little more than gauze, tape, disinfectant, a folded emergency blanket, a short splint, and a small blister pack of unidentified pills. To Haruto, it looked less like trauma equipment and more like something taken from a school infirmary—supplies suitable for minor accidents, not the severe bleeding, fractures, and internal injuries the games regularly caused.
Later kits provided fresh bandages and enough basic material to clean wounds, immobilize limbs, and improvise support, but they never included the equipment or trained care the contestants truly needed. Koji’s unstable shoulder could only be bound and immobilized. Kenta’s leg required stitches no one present could give him, forcing the group to rely on cleaning, wrapping, and a makeshift splint instead.
Because no outside help ever arrived, the medical kit became more than a supply box. It represented the event’s coldest form of self-reliance: contestants were given just enough to keep one another moving, but rarely enough to properly heal. Every roll of gauze and strip of tape bought time, not safety, and every opened case reminded the group that survival depended on untrained hands doing their best with equipment that was never designed for what they were facing.
