Epic Anime Lore is a home for original anime-inspired stories, characters, and worlds across fantasy, science fiction, horror, mythic fiction, slice-of-life, mystery, and more.

Some stories unfold across multiple chapters. Others are completely standalone. Each world follows its own rules, its own characters, and its own continuity.

WHAT THIS IS

Epic Anime Lore began with a simple idea: create original characters worth following, then build stories and worlds around them rather than forcing everything into one enormous shared universe.

Here you’ll find wandering warriors, celestial beings, ordinary people, ghosts, androids, survivors, travelers, rulers, students, workers, and characters who don’t fit neatly into a single category.

Some stories are epic. Some are strange. Some are quiet. What connects them is the focus on character, atmosphere, adventure, mystery, and memorable worlds.

THE STORIES

The library includes ongoing series, short fiction, standalone tales, episodic adventures, and experimental story formats.

Fantasy kingdoms can exist beside distant space stations. A haunted inn can sit beside a nostalgic summer camp story. A cyberpunk mystery does not need to share a timeline with a celestial legend.

Each story is free to become what it needs to be.

THE IDEA

Epic Anime Lore is not trying to recreate an existing anime franchise.

It is a growing library of original anime-inspired fiction — new characters, new settings, and new stories built to stand on their own.

That, to me, is much closer to what the site actually is now.

And yes, I’d also rename the visible page heading from ABOUT THE MISSION to simply ABOUT EPIC ANIME LORE. The “mission” language feels like a leftover from the apparel/shared-universe phase.
