Uncle Glick

Uncle Glick isn’t anyone’s real uncle, but don’t tell him that. With his stained lab coat, mismatched gloves, and a workshop of half-functional tech piled beneath his crumbling home, he’s the local mad genius who somehow keeps the Zomba Squad armed, patched up, and slightly more radioactive than they’d like. Once a government scientist (allegedly), Glick vanished after an “incident” involving a vending machine AI and a city-wide blackout.

Now residing in a fortified basement layered with duct tape, glowing monitors, and makeshift danger signs, Glick thrives in beautiful chaos. He reverse-engineers broken military hardware, reprograms zombie-tracking drones, and brews his own questionable energy drinks — all while muttering about timelines, alternate dimensions, and “the cat who knows too much.” No one’s quite sure where he gets his materials, but things tend to explode just slightly less when he’s involved.

Despite his eccentricity, Uncle Glick has a protective streak for the girls. He treats them like honorary lab assistants (and occasionally test subjects), slipping them custom gear and backup plans disguised as junk. Beneath the frizz and static shock is someone deeply haunted by a past mistake — one he believes might be connected to the outbreak itself. Whatever secrets he's keeping, he knows time is running out… and he's betting everything on this strange little squad.
