Once part of a respected dojo in the northern provinces, Renji left after a failed duel exposed corruption in the school’s leadership. He now travels alone, refusing titles, allegiances, or coin from warlords. His sword — unadorned and weathered — has no name, no legend, and no bloodlust. But in skilled hands, it doesn’t need one.
