Kaori Hoshizaki

Kaori “Nova” Hoshizaki is an agile starfighter pilot known for taking routes most pilots would never attempt twice. She moves through crowded sky lanes, orbital debris fields, and broken colony routes with the confidence of someone who trusts instinct as much as instruments.

Nova is not the loudest voice in a command room, but she is often the first one moving when danger appears. Her strength is speed, awareness, and the ability to read a battlefield before it fully forms. She sees gaps, angles, escape paths, and impossible approaches faster than most crews can finish a warning.

Raised around flight decks and repair bays, Kaori learned early that a pilot survives by respecting both machine and sky. She treats every ship like a partner, not a tool, and has a habit of talking to her craft when no one is listening.

To allies, Nova is the pilot who gets them home. To enemies, she is a streak of blue and orange across the stars, already gone before the targeting lock completes.
