Kaizen Ryuu grew up in Sector 9, where abandoned alleys, elevated rail lines, and neon-covered streets became his canvas. Known throughout the district for impossible graffiti that seems to move after midnight, Kaizen developed a reputation as both an artist and a problem for anyone trying to control the neighborhood.
Nobody fully understands how his markings work — not even Kaizen himself. The symbols he paints react to emotion, movement, and the city's energy, transforming walls, streets, and buildings into living extensions of his will. Some murals protect entire blocks. Others become warnings. A few should never be activated at all.
Alongside the glowing dragon known as Zujiro, Kaizen watches over the forgotten corners of Sector 9 in his own chaotic way. He avoids organizations, ignores authority, and trusts very few people, but when danger reaches his streets, the city itself begins to answer his call.
