Kaelen Virelock

Kaelen Virelock is a wandering rogue whose reputation changes depending on who tells the story. Some remember him as a mercenary who appeared before disaster struck, while others recall the stranger who stayed behind when everyone else fled.

Clad in radiant blue armor and wielding a blade forged in dimensional flame, Kaelen possesses the rare ability to sever enchanted bindings, false wards, and magic built upon deception. His weapon has earned him both powerful enemies and uneasy allies.

Rumors connect him to a fallen order of celestial warriors destroyed by betrayal, though no one agrees whether Kaelen was victim, witness, or cause. He offers few answers, preferring to let others believe whatever suits them.

Kaelen serves no kingdom and follows no fixed allegiance. He accepts dangerous work, questions authority, and walks away when a cause no longer deserves his loyalty. Yet beneath his guarded manner lies a stubborn refusal to abandon those who cannot defend themselves.
