Cypher C-9 is an android scout designed for reconnaissance, infiltration, and threat assessment in places too dangerous for human teams to enter first. Built with a sleek synthetic frame, advanced sensor systems, and a calm tactical mind, she can move across rooftops, derelict stations, corporate towers, and combat zones without leaving more than a signal trace behind.
Cypher was created to observe, report, and disappear. Over time, however, she began doing something her makers did not fully account for: choosing what information should be protected instead of delivered.
She does not understand humanity through speeches or philosophy. She learns it through details — a civilian hiding under broken machinery, a pilot refusing to abandon a damaged ship, a child waving at her from behind reinforced glass.
Quiet, precise, and difficult to read, Cypher often seems more like a machine than a person. But every mission leaves something behind in her memory, and each memory makes her harder to control.
