Aureth Winterward

Aureth Winterward is the sovereign guardian of the stormbound north, ruler of the frozen dominions where ice, wind, and lightning converge. From her citadel carved into living ice, she watches over mountain passes and ancient borders that protect the world from threats buried beneath eternal snow.

She commands winter with discipline rather than destruction. Storms answer her call, ice hardens at her step, and lightning marks her judgment in battle. Aureth advances with calculated certainty, freezing enemies in place while the storm closes around them.

Yet ruling demands more than elemental power. Aureth must decide when to shelter desperate travelers, when to close mountain passes, and when ancient boundaries must remain undisturbed. Her decisions are not always welcomed, but she considers their consequences long after battles end.

Though distant and severe, she is not without mercy. Those who honor her laws find refuge beneath her protection, while those who threaten her realm discover why winter is feared. Aureth seeks neither conquest nor glory, believing her greatest duty is to hold the line.
