Hayato Kaito — The Falcon Mark

The Falcon Mark is a red graffiti tag found on walls, shutters, alley corners, and forgotten concrete throughout East Shinonome. To some, it is vandalism. To others, it is a warning that Hayato Kaito has already been there.

The mark is simple enough to be painted fast, but sharp enough to be remembered: a falcon shape cut in red, wings angled like motion, its lines rough from speed rather than decoration. It does not announce a hero. It does not ask to be admired. It appears where fights have happened, where gangs have pushed too far, or where someone needed to know they were not alone.

For Hayato, the Falcon Mark is less a signature than a promise. He does not fight to be seen. He fights so others do not have to. The mark remains after he leaves, carrying the rumor of a protector who moves through the district before anyone can decide whether he is a vigilante, a warning, or the last thing standing between the weak and the people hunting them.
